Sterilization does not need extra packaging it can be performed for equipment in their original packaging. Sterilizer uses ETO cylinders which are available in the market and allow loading goods by pallets. A pair of the automatic sliding door provides easy loading and unloading. It lets clean the chamber by forced air circulation after the post-operation and pass-through option for cleanroom operations. Security lock jaws have been installed on the sterilizer’s door to eliminate pressure risk. The risks of gas leakage occurring by air pressure are eliminated by the inflatable silicone gasket. System testing for gas leakage under vacuum conditions per each cycle provides full security. Thanks to its stainless steel structure the devices are long-lasting. SM is an Industrial Type of Ethylene Oxide Sterilizer which can work under negative and positive pressures. It has features like Temperature, Time, Pressure, Humidity data recording, saving and printing online. The system comes with a large set of spare parts as free.

The Vertical autoclaves are also known as top loading sterilizers and they come in a cylindrical shape. The vertical autoclaves are widely used in hospitals, microbiology laboratories, and Operation Theater (OT) for sterilization. It is easy to understand the working of a vertical autoclave. A radial locking mechanism is fitted at top of the lid and a foot pedal is attached at the bottom to open the lid. The user has to press the pedal and lift the lid. It is used for sterilization under saturated steam pressure at any selected point between 15 to 22 psi (it is adjustable), however, this can be used for higher pressure up to 30 psi.0
It has a working temperature of 121C.
These double walled units have inner chamber (Boiler) made of stainless steel SS 304 / SS 316 grade (as per demand).
Its outer wall is covered with stainless steel sheet.
